Ocean Membership - $83,500 + $16,000 annual dues and $1,950 trail fees
($55,000 refundable deposit + $25,000 initiation fee + $3,500 spa and fitness upgrade)
Beach and Tennis - $63,500 + $11,800 annual dues
($40,000 refundable deposit + $20,000 initiation fee + $3,500 spa and fitness upgrade)
Breakers Golf - $83,500 + $11,000 annual dues and $1,950 trail fees
($35,000 refundable deposit+$15,000 initiation fee)
